Yes, good colors, but the effects on her face detract from it. Also, it's overcontrasted. Bring it down just a little bit.
I agree with Dizfunkeh, the saturation was better in the first version. It looks a bit grainy, is it meant to be like that?
I don't think the modern-ish grey text goes with the rest of the sig. If I was gonna suggest anything I'd say make the text into a clipping mask and stick something abstract, similar to the focal, inside the text.
Good advice, TDHarding. The text does not go with the rest of the sig at all. Needs a fancy font with a abstract clipping mask.
A nice script font might match the rest of the signature in elegance. But I don't like how the entire thing is of such low quality.
