I see only 5-6 layers... First is the orange bg next is yellow circle gradient (might be part of bg?) The camera flash/sunspot thing the sparkles the render and then the border. Fairly boring :x Add some stuff.
Separately, the BG and characters are good. Together, not so much. They just don't go together well. I like how you made the border look like a wide screen movie though. 6/10
I KNOW!!!! Gosh, and I have several copies of each layer. That's why she looks fuzzy on the edges. I had that idea from the beginning. I'll try and fix that problem later though.
The colours aren't the best together. Also, try blend her more. Most of all: Too much negative space.
Your biggest problem is lack of a theme. There's just nothing going on, and you've seen everything there is in the signature at the first instant you look at it.
Is everything cities and space to you? Well thanks, but I was planning on adding something else. Right now, I just inserted text. I'm still working my butt on on the scenery I want.
