It's the person's choice to become a rapist or a law abiding citizen but it's not mandatory. You have a choice but in general, we are all humans and we are equal of equal power. Sure you're going to give more respect to the man who obeys the law ove the rapist but that aside, they are both the same, worthless or not. We all have the same duty but some will just choose not to obey it while others do.
I persoanlly think that, (Although i also think we are all worthless) that if you rape/muder etc, you have just made yourself worthless wether you were in the first place or not.
"i'm a human being god dammit! my life has value!" everyone only has one life. as long as your living, you have worth. it doesn't matter if you've murdered, raped, stolen, or whatever. if doing those things did mean your life was wortheless then that would be like taking a dollar, covering it in mud, then saying its not worth anything. this simply isn't true, though the dollar is tainted, it still has worth.
Even a person with no arms, no legs, who is struck blind, deaf and dumb and who also has cancer, AIDS and Meningitis isn't a worthless human being. He's still a human being, therefore he isn't worthless. He just isn't worth much.
It always goes back to religion, doesn't it? I don't anyone God would spend time creating and dying for could ever be useless. Short and simple. Then again, this doesn't mean we can't kill them. If someone does something knowingly, we must follow out the consequences or the world would be chaos.
