Throughout the course of the week I've been learning everything that I can, and now, after hours of labor, my first work is completed. I'm proud of it, but there will be many fixes/changes/additions along the way. Please critique this as if I weren't a new Forger, and I would appreciate it if you notified me when you've found any bugs/problems. Description: A (semi)symmetrical map. Each team has a base, and in the middle are hallways that lead to the opposite team's side with power weapons. The cramped hallways are great for gametypes like Territories or King of the Hill. ok this map looks like it does need a bit of a clean up. 1 make the barreir walls higher people can get out easy 2 there are 3 of the same object in one spot, its not ileagal but its ok to have it 3 give us a weapon layout to help people to identifi the map better 4 i no your new but keep up the good work 2/5 for me
the map overall looks nice but it looks like you could accedentilly escape it. Also most of the structures would be better with interlocking and geomerging. To many man cannons it would suck for CTF. this map has no thing special about it. just a normal competitive traniee map.
the maps looks pretty good, although i think its possible to escape. And to make you map look even more neat try to straiten up your walls and doors a bit, (they kinda look uneven). I like how you made so many different ways to get to one side or the other, but I wish that you wouldn't of made it with double boxes. instead it could have been with different tunnels and more twist to the map, just walking through a doublebox open isnt as excititng as going through catwalk tunnels. Something that I really like from this map though is how it has so many levels. I like that in a map and it really make the game play more exciting. Good job 3.5/5
This map seems very basic. first off, you should try to fix how escapable it is. aslo could you put a weapon list so we can have an idea of how it will play out. just keep workin on this one cause it could be better. make it unique and stand out from the crowd
Looks like an okay map. BUT the one thing that a hate about it is a grenade jump would take you out of the map with relative ease. Fix that and it'll be tons better. 2/5
I see you have alot of potential...but the map is a little open....its pretty good but its not so creative...I do like your weapon placement.I see you can make good maps just be alittle more creative.Pretty nice though
Thanks for all of the constructive criticisms everybody. I'll definitely work on all the issues and try to polish everything up. (It slipped my mind that grenade jumps even existed.)
You really need more than two pics. I can't really tell what the map is like, and therefore can't give good feedback. However, it looks too open and there is nothing intriguing. It also looks pretty escapeable.
