The map takes place in a UNSC weapons depot on the outskirts of Voi. The map is symmetrical and supports all gametypes. This certainly is an original layout. I think the map looks great, even if there isn't so much cover. I like the whole conveyor belt that goes across the map, and the crates on the belt could make excellent cover. Good job, 5/5.
Great Idea but not well executed. It seems too square. I DL'd and tried the gameplay(LIkE I DO WITH ALL MAPS I RATE), its just like any other game. Im going to give 2.5/5 because everything was average. And the bridges are just a tad bit annoying to walk over
You know, you can make real conveyor belts using simple tutorials, like in pallet parade. I've seen 10 maps that have them now. I would suggest looking them up.
If it isnt escapeable then how did i do it i used the turret bounce on the teleporters and it pushed me throught the teleporters, they were blocked so i got out.
Okay, (if someone has not asked) do the crates move on the conveyor belts?!? It doesn't look like they do but looks can be deceiving. Btw: This map seems really good but has a lot of power weapons on it which may decrease the replayability factor.
This map is way too open for it's size. I'm assuming that it only covers that half of Foundry. If so, the spawn killing will be very frequent and would most likely destroy the gameplay. 1.5/5; All of the points coming from the idea.
Why is there random telaporters on top of single boxes?Is it for it being cheet proof or just there.What i really like the the middle and the top corners of foundry,i believe the red and yellow bases,That is really creative,The only problem was the bridges,walking over them were kind of annoying,but besides that Good Job!
Oh wow, this is good. The layout is beautiful and the idea is cool. If only the conveyor belts moved... Nah just kiddin'. This looks alot like a friend of mines map. Well, the conveyor belt part does. Good job.
Looks okay, but there are tutorials on how to make an actual conveyor belt, like pallet parade. But there is no way you would be able to make that much belt, its just to long. Anyway you could slightly Geo-merge the bridges to get rid of the bump when you hit them.
I've been following this post for a while now, and I really don't agree with the several people who give this map negative reviews. It has a good layout and is forged well. If there are extra bridges, I would interlock them together to reduce bumps and get rid of those ugly white areas at the ends of the bridges. I don't know how well the spawn or weapon set up is, though it seems that there are a lot of power weapons from your list. The only problems I have with it is the amount of cover around the conveyor belts. I would suggest that you add structures like arches / boxes / things that the crates on the conveyor belts would move through (if they actually moved), or boxes / machines / things that would have to do with their manufacturing process. If you did that, there would be more cover in the area of the conveyor belts and more variety to them. I would also make the map more inescapable if you have the money / items available to do it.
very original, i love the conveyor belts, although they stick up causing bumps in the map that players get stuck on which can get frustrating. Try sinking them into the ground a bit to reduce the bump perhaps. 4.5/5
Woo, Leeroy Jenking! "Aww ****! Did Leeroy just charge in there again?" Aside from that, I believe this map could become nice if you just geomerged the bridges slightly, to get rid of the bump. Also, make it more inescapable. Gotta go, folks.
the conveyer belts are a cool idea, but kind of worthless because they dont actually do anything except make a bump when you try and run over them
i kindof expected moving conveyor belts, but all the same this map is amazing. the layout looks really original, and you definitely took your time on the interlocking. 5/5 and a dl from me
This looks great, it looks like you put alot of time into thinking about the game play. The only thing I may suggest is raising each of the conveyor belts about a foot or so in the air so that people can not walk over them, nor can they crouch under them they have to jump. this would change the player movement on the map. There was another map that used conveyor belts like that and it worked spectacularly. You may want to give it a try. The last guy to do it even was able to use some other bits of sceenery to make it look as it it was actually supported as opposed to just floating. Edit: I wasn't going to bug you about the weapons, but 3 turrets is excessive. I would take the ones off the sniper towers and if they are not already remove an extra clip from the snipers and shottys
Yeah! Why didn't you make the completely static and motionless bridges be a moving conveyor belt! I would have rated 10/5 but now because of u not making the bridges be a moving coveyor belt, I'll have to rate it 2.5964. Some people, eh? It's looks great, DL
