Now I've been Forging for a while, and I've done my share of geomerging, but there's just one thing I haven't been able to get right. Every time I merge a box with the base of a wall in Foundry, the outside edge seems to climb a few inches up into my braces, completely destroying any hope of further smooth merges. I'm wondering what other forgers have come up with as a remedy for this problem, and a consistent solution to keep my maps neat and clean.

use mancannons to brace the object along with teleporter nodes. That might do the trick

Holding it and saving and quitting immediately might work because it holds it where the braces are. But since geomerging is a glitch, it can be hard to remedy.

Teleporter nodes worked for me, actually. I was always using another double box on top before. Thanks.
