You do not create signatures in 3ds Max. Read up and educate yourself. Then download Gimp. It's free.
maybe i'm just biased toward GIMP, but GIMP isn't there only good free image editing software. for example i use Paint.net (NOT MS paint). It gets the job done, but just a lot of add-on's needed. just search in google: free image editing software (and look at some reviews too). and no offense, but your request is somewhat hard and confusing. all you just want us to do is make something "cool". and we have to work with that puny avatar, and its not even a render
