Ok...where do I start...Infested house is pretty much infested by cockroaches(humans) and the pestbuster(the zombie) must exterminate all of the cockroaches. The game isn't really that simple though, the playing area itelf nearly covers the whole of foundry, and there's tons of hiding spots for the cockroaches. But enough talk, I'll let the pictures take over most of the work here Infested house V2 This is a wayyyy better improvement from version 1 and nearly everything is interlocked and I tried to make it cheat proof as possible so there is no bloody campers outside the map. V2 contains ; - The same old receptionist counter - The same garage - A mongoose garage - The sorta-secret hallway!!! - Improved dining area - Garbage disposal area - 2 bedrooms - Awesome swimming pool - And about 3x more hiding spots than in V1 Where the cockroaches spawn Where the pestbusters spawn(oh yeah, the flamethrower spawns in the pestbuster truck after 20 secs) Wait for 20 secs, ringthe doorbell... ...And the door opens The garage(nothing changed, really) Dining area The mongoose garage stairs were SO yesterday. Now, modern technology takes you higher... ..with elevators. the whole of the secound level is interlocked for smoother gameplay. One of the bedrooms Garbage disposal area The not-so-secret-hallway makes an epic debut return! If you take this teleporter... It will take you to this pimpin' new backyard with a swimming pool! ACTION SHOTS!!! 3 to be exact. Oh hai Tip of the day; never stand in open areas with no where to run or better still, don't afk like this guy. you really sholdnt put the pictures in a spoiler thingus, however the map looks pretty good, but could use some more interlocking, i like what you did with the door. And whats the point of posting a map if you already have v2 made?
Yeah, Really. Why did you post the first version if you were just going to post a new V2 minutes later? well anyway its a good map, But I would use interlocking. EDIT: Now that I have seen the update I would like to say this is a great Infection map even if it is sloppy in some spots. 3.75/5
It was a bit redundant to post v1 right before v2 in the same post. Double posting will get you an infraction (which it did for you), and v2 is a much better map anyway. I think I'll download v2 since v1 doesn't really appeal to me.
I do agree that more interlocking could have made this map better and more smooth. I know that you can interlock because i saw a few pics with interlocking in it. hint: for a epic map try to use the forging 101 techiques. They will really help. heres a link to the 101 techniques. I never saw the first one, but this looks like it could be fun. Its not just another infection game thrown together around an armory. The switch might be kinda worthless, cause who is gonna wait 20 seconds, and then youll be trapped untill it spawns again. I like how its so big, with many different areas 3.5/5
it looks pretty good altho i suggest editing the text because some people(like me) still use oldschool. also dont put your pics in a spoiler thing. the map has its flaws tho, one of which is the amout of sloppy interlocking,well actually thats most of my problem with you map, my other problem is the lack of no dl link, i know you have said that you cant use your xbox right now but you could have held up on postng untill tomorrow, the map gets a 3/5 but if youd have taken your time then id give it a 4/5
Looks like a lot of fun, I love these hide and seek maps. It's a little sloppy but I don't really look for looks on an infection map. I'm going to download just to test it out, one thing though. When the cockroach dies do they become an exterminator as well, or do they only have one life?
