Map Title: Kashyyyk The home planet of the wookiees, under attack by vicious Trandoshan slavers. Set up for Territories. Download Map Download Gametype Description:Look out, Star Wars fans! I have created a map based on the wookiee homeplanet of Kashyyyk. The map is also partially based on the Battlefront II Kashyyyk map. The gametype is territories (representing Command Posts). The entire front entrance to the main grav lift is blocked off, representing the Sea Wall. The defenders are the "wookiees." In the gametype "Slavers", the wookiees are slower, but can take more damage than the invading Trandoshan slavers (the attackers). The wookiees spawn below the main grav lift, with access to fuel rod guns (bowcasters). A plasma turret looks down at Territory One, which is where the grav hammer normally spawns. Two maulers are in the room adjacent to this one. Territory two is located at the bubble shield spawn, on top of the stump. Three is right across from two, at the exit to the blue room. Four is on the ramp a little past the needler spawn, and five is the hardest to capture: behind the Sea Wall, in the middle of the wookiee stronghold. The attackers start with Assault rifles, and can pick up carbines at three places near their initial spawn. There is a sniper rifle at territory four, but it has no extra clips and a long respawn. After testing, I have added two SMGs and a power drain at the end of the hallway where the sniper normally spawns on guardian, and I am going to add a flamethrower to the attacker side. The pics don't show. Try uploading to imageshack or photobucket, they have the links you need to correctly post your pictures. It would also be alot easier to read if you didn't underline every word you wrote. You could underline the title, but that is all that is necessary. It sounds like a fun map too.
no offenced or anything, but what part of Kashyyyk? I thought about it too but v maps to big for foundry- is it assposed to be v little hut where yoda observes the battle?
Give the guy a break, I think that he has a pretty good map for his first post. I didn't even know how to embed pics on my first post and at least he has them, even if they are a little small. You guys should stop focusing on the negative aspects and the stuff that has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MAP WHATSOEVER, and focus on the map itself. Good job! Just be sure to read the guidlines for posting maps to teach you how to embed those pictures!

Go to imageshack.us then upload the picture. Once it is finished scroll down and be sure to use the "direct link to image url" That is the one that keeps it the same size in your post.
Hmm. As Chewbacca would say "Hurrr...." I dunno. It just doesn't seem very good. Kashyyyk isn't that dark and clammy. It would work much better on something like Valhalla.
I personally think its great, and valhalla is just the opposite of kashyyk, big and open, I always thought of kashyyk as heavily forested, outside but feeling enclosed. This map does it to the best of forges ability. A thought, that doesn't have to be taken seriously, but you could have everyone on the attacking team wearing full eod armour, that way they could represent stormtroopers, just an idea that doesn't have to be taken seriously
Well, I made it so that the attackers are green, for "trandoshans"; and the defenders are brown for "wookiees". I considered doing stormtroopers too, and if you want, you can change the color to white. As for Valhalla... Battle of Naboo? That's what I'm planning to make on it anyway...
