I am proud to announce the release of my new map pack, the Rampancy Map Pack. With four racetracks included, this pack took me several days to complete. Namely, the four tracks are Rampancy, Sky High, "Mach"celerator, and The Hive. Rampancy is the main track of the pack, (hey, that rhymed) and it's a smooth track with a hairpin turn and a final ramp taking you to the finish. Sky High starts off with a cannon ramp blasting you to the top of the level. You then make your way down to the finish line. (TIP: Watch out for the ditch along the wall. It's a trap!) "Mach"celerator is what it sounds. There is a huge acceleration cannon at the end of the track. It shoots you so fast, not even a reversed grav lift can slow you down all the way! Last, but certainly not least, The Hive. I believe this one is the hardest of the four tracks. The finish line is in midair, and almost everything is interlocked. All racetracks are intended for the original Battle Tracks gametype, but can be used with any simple racing gametype. These look like some decent tracks. I'll give them a go and let you know what I think. You need some pics in the post tho. Edit: Yeah, I was saying you needed more for people to even consider you maps... After racing, I would have to say that they are decent, but they just didn't feel up to par. They just didn't have the flow that a good race map should. Keep making tracks tho, and I'm sure that you will make some good ones. Some nice tracks. 6/10
If you post more than one picture then you'll get more downloads. You want that don't you? Although, from the picture that you did post, Sky High looks like the best track.
Hey man I remember you inviting me and we played sky high. I didn't even know you had a forgehub account lol. But nice race maps man and nice post. Oh and seeing as we both have made/posted race maps we should make one together some time.
The maps look pretty good, but let me give you a tip: dont post map packs. It's just not good. Not many people are going to download all of the maps at one time, you need a full post to fully show off a map, and you can't really tell much about you're maps from what you have here (a single pic a map?). Sorry but for now... no DL.
