Erm...maybe it's just me...but this post is missing all sorts of things? Random typos and the sort? Incorrect formatting? Pictures missing?
Hey whats up Killor welcome to Forge Hub bro. Just to let you know your screenshots aren't working as of now. I'm sure they're working for you since they're in your Temporary Files folder in your internet, but to upload them so everyone can see, you're gonna have to Download the actual screenshot, and then upload it to photobucket or another image hosting site. I've already seen the map, but I'd like to see the additions/changes you've made since last time we played. |||||||||||||||||||||||||||| EDIT: Ahh I see now. Much better. I like the fact you deleted the fence walls that were originally interlocked with the boxes. It's much more "surprising" when you can drop down and assassinate someone or something like that. I see you added a ghost that probably would work out since it's pretty open. I think you should cut out the maulers and possibly add a substitution where they are. (For instance maybe put the SMGs where the maulers are). I only say this because the sword in the middle should probably be the only close up power weapon. Overall, I like it - nice job.
I say this to alot of new people on the forums but I'm going to give you the lecture also. You have entered a realm of forgers, many experts. There are people who are expecting maps near or up to par with some of the better maps out there. People expect flawless interlocking and near perfect geomerging, if it is needed. Also, people want a new idea and have a map look asthetically pleasing while at the same time have near perfect gameplay. From what I can see from your map, many many places could have been interlocked to give the pathways a little more clean surface. Also, the slanted boxes that lead to the top few boxes are interlocked extremly sloppily. The map has an open feel and I guarantee you that if not me, one of the map breaker guild members could break this map. However, I have a feeling your going to say " But the gameplay is awsome. Me and my friends played for hour." Well I'm here to tell you that if you don't provide us with pictures of a good looking map then no one will bother to take the time to observe the map's gameplay. I'm sorry, I'm really not trying to be harsh, but this is truly how forgehub works. Many people work on perfecting a map for months until they feel secure enough to release it. Heck, I'm sure I've done a hundred maps, but I still refuse to release any that I have kept just because I know there is something missing that no one else would care about, but would bother the hell out of me every time I saw anyone playing it. 2/5 Sorry Love, Zachary9990
It looks like you have two of the same picture... anyways, it does look sloppy... 2/5, but don't let it get you down. Keep forging and look at some other maps to see what is expected. Also I agree with Zachary9990 in everything he said.
I can only see one 2 of the same pic, but in the background there was really sloppy wall creating, also you could have put more things on the map, its really short on objects.
