Hey, I just have a few questions on my NAT. First I'll try to explain my layout.

My Xbox360 and one of my two computers are downstairs in the basement, the second computer is upstairs in the living room. I have a wireless router with 3 ethernet ports that supplies the Internet connection to the upstairs computer. The router is plugged in to the one and only ethernet port on the modem downstairs.

Now, when I have my ethernet cable for my XBL connection plugged into the router, I have a strict NAT and can only connect to about 10% of the people I try to connect to. However, if I disconnect the router from the modem (causing the upstairs computer to lose the Internet connection) and plug in the ethernet chord from my Xbox into the modem, I can connect to anyone I want to.

I'm just wondering if there is anyway to change the NAT and make it open while still being connected to the router so that my family can use the computer upstairs while I am on the Xbox. Please post any suggestions you may have, even if you do not know if they will work or not. I would really appreciate any input you may have.
