Debate Myspace or Facebook

I use myspace because everyone else has it but IMO facebook is a lot better, a lot easier to use and has a lot more features although I don't see much of a point in either.

 

What does it matter. They are both photo sharers. They both have the same concept and same purpose.

 

This matter is soley dependant on opinion. There are no real facts as to which is better.

Heres my anwser though. I believe facebook is better.

It is much more user friendly. you can get to peoples photos easier, send them messages easier (by easier I mean clicking less buttons), and it is much easier to find friends.

 

I would say Facebook because it has a much more clean look. Also most "add-ons" for Myspace are viruses due to the poor coding Myspace has.

Totally correct, although I don't care for both as I find them utterly retarded. And as the websites themselves maybe half descent, the community, in general, is horrible.

 

i use them both, facebook is just more personal. Myspace is common where i love tho.

 

Who needs them when you could just use photobucket and msn together?

Infact, msn has a photosharing application.

The facebook games are just stupid. Why "virtual" poke someone when you can go round there house and do it?

This is opinionated. However, I use Bebo.com.
I don't bother using it half the time. The last time I went on my Bebo page was over 3 months ago, so I doubt I would use the other two social networking sites even if I had accounts. A lot of my friends use oth sites.
However, as a rule of thumb, Myspace is for teens like me that take lots of pics of themselves to show off and stuff, and Facebook is for more mature teens and adults that just want to chat and maybe share photos from parties ion the past etc.
Not meaning to insult anyone who uses either site or to strengthen any stereotypes of either sites; as I have no viable opinion, as I use neither of the sites.

 

I like and use facebook more, although I wish it had more options for customizing your profile. Myspace is great for Music though, I have found many bands that way.

 

I prefer Facebook because in general I find it to be less cheesy and fake than myspace. For instance when I had a Myspace account people would always have all of these annoying icons along with the "look at me I r Gangst3r" layouts. I found them to just be flat out annoying so when I was told about facebook I was more than happy to jump to it. I find facebook to be more about communicating with your friends in a manner that is more about having fun than have the most "Gangst3r" looking page. I also like facebook because I find that it is easier to communicate on and there is no spam. I do not however like the new layout for facebook along with the thousands of others but hey I still like it more than myspace.

 

I use myspace becuase of the apps! i love mafia wars and lots of the other games myspace has to offer,also myspace has ALOT more users e.g. if you go into a 7th grade classroom and ask do you have a myspace account? 70-80% will have one but if you ask who has a facebook account id say it would be about 10-20% problably becuase kids prefer myspace

 

I use facebook more it's more user friendly and less of an eye strain. And it also feels safer for some reason.
