    I was wondering what I can use to record my TV screen for making, say a Halo montage? Like what kind of screen recorders are good ones, or maybe if I don't even need a screen recorder, maybe like a USB adapter...?

    What you need is a capture card. You could get a USB one called EasyCap. I have one, and I like it. Just search on eBay for it. Or, you can get ones that go into a desktop. It is totally up to you.

    Is it like a cord where I plug it into my xbox and my computer at the same time, or do I just plug it into my xbox, take it out and then put it into my computer?
    Or do I plug it into my TV Somewhere?

    They ususally run off of an AV connection, the ones that I've dealt with have to be hooked up into the AV and a Computer.

    Yeah, Ty knows what he is talking about. However, I am not sure what he means by "into the AV and a Computer", because most of them are cards that you just plug the AV into after putting the card in the computer. :squirrel_eyebrow:

    AV is a socket in the back of your TV, there is nowhere to plug one into your xbox.

    XBOX --->-----TV----->----Capture Card----->-----PC

    --->--- represents a wire.
