Hey guys, how's it goin'? I'm smitty0018 (also my gamertag) but you guys can call me Matt. I stumbled upon Forge Hub while watching videos on YouTube and decided to join. I'm always trying to think up of a good map and I wanted to learn a bit more than what I already knew (basically just interlocking). I really love soccer. I play goalie for my highschool team and love to knock the ball around with some friends. I'm also what you can say a "Guitar Hero Nerd" xD. (If you're curious as to what my stats are, go to Score Hero - Browse Scores) That and Halo are my favorite games. If there are any other Guitar Hero players hit me up! As I said I'm Matt. Some people at school call me Smitty, and that's where I got my gamertag. I turned 17 about 3 weeks ago (October 30) and I live in North East Ohio, about 30 minutes west of Cleveland (anyone else from Ohio?) I've checked this site out just a bit and already love it. There are some great maps and some great people. I'd really like it if one of the more experienced "forgers" could sort of take me under their wing and teach me the tricks of the trade. I know interlocking and floating to a degree and I have started geo-merging, but I could really use some tips. I can't wait to get to know some of you guys and I bet I'll have some fun ~Matt

Thanks for the welcome and the videos I really couldn't tell you what video it was that I saw; it was quite some time ago. I was just searching for some videos of some cool custom maps and saw the name Forge Hub and decided to check it out.
