Why is it useful to be up there? To give covering fire? In my opinion the central structure is in the way, obstructing the view of Anyone standing on that platform, rendering that position almost useless. Yes of course I saw the curved launch, I tried it out and that's it, nothing more and nothing less. I'm gonna put like this. If you make a map and you decide to place teleporters on it you should make sure that all of them are working all the time. If one of the teleporters have an habit of breaking down all the time because of geometry that's obstructing it, then that's soon gonna become annoying. I'm guessing that you placed the teleporters in order for them to be used, and if one of the teleporters doesn't work in an satisfying manor then that will reflect on the gameplay. Making the map feel broken. And there wasn't anyone blocking the teleporters, we checked it over several times. Well, what can I say? If you're satisfied with the result then you clearly are satisfied with the result. I think that the map could have been good but unfortunately it didn't meet my personal requirements. It's in the eye of the beholder as they say. Actually I broke down your map in pieces in forge, but that was first after a session in Custom Games on the map. So believe me, I didn't just briefly look over the map and post 400-ish words just out of catching a glimpse of it. You can't treat me like a child just because I don't agree with your design choices. I've looked over the map both through a custom game and through forge.
either this map is relly good.. or that guy is just really picky.. i say it's good.. not MAGNIFICENT.. but it's a pretty good map and i dont see n e problems..
Me and Gorebound exchanged pms, problem solved I think. I would like to hear what more people from this site think of this map. Due to lag, I can't add anything else to the map (it would lag for the host too if I did), however I could adjust a few objects. I will also use your suggestions for future maps.
well I finally got a chance to test the one out today and I was fairly impressed , u used a lot of cool techniques to get around the map that most maps dont use. I can easily see people wanting to test this 100 times with u and I can see why they said it couldn't get anybetter however what If some gets the sword and goes into the room with the sniper and teleporters they would probably own everyone. But anyways I thought this one was great. Good work
I think i played this w/ you once no offense but I didn't really like it I don't really know how to explain why...I didn't like the feel of it. I guess you could say. it was probably just a map type personal preference or something. Now I'm confusing my self a little. It's not that it was bad or anything. It would be like how I don't really like High Ground. If thats vague I'm sorry but I can't explain it better.
Well that may be why you didn't like it, however when you played it was also an early test version. There's been many changes since then that may make it more exciting for you.

I think that Abyss looks a bit more fun, but another map where you didn't skip the detail. It still looks pretty fun too.
Thanks for bumping it up, Insane. Ty, this map is completely symmetrical and Abyss is completely assymmetrical. Unless your playing a two team game, you'd probably enjoy Abyss more, but for those symmetrical, two team games, like Assault, and Team Slayer (with two teams) you'll probably find this map to be more balanced and fun. Also, Abyss was released over two weeks later than this one, so it should be a bit better since I knew more when I started it.
