Hello. I just received a laptop, with Fireworks on it. How good of a graphics program is it? Would it be good for t-shirt designing?

We have it on our school computers and I can't use it well but from what I have seen from other people it is good for making logos. Which I guess is the same kind of thing you could use the make a t-shirt design.

Certainly not as good as Photoshop, but it'll suit your purposes if you're just interested in making t-shirt designs.

Adobe illustrator would be the best for making t-shirt designs I imagine.

    It really depends.

If your going on vector style images. Like rainbows or block coloured images like a skull all black but grey for shading etc then that would also be illustrator as it is designed in mind for vector art as you can resize extremly easily which is good for tshirts etc as it doesnt loose image quality. Think adobe flash and resizing a circle or such.

For just other styles of graphics then it would be photoshop that would suit your needs.

    Hope that helps..
