Just out of curiousity, what is YOUR favorite skull to use in Halo 3? If you would, vote in the poll, then say why. I am just curious to know what everyone else likes to play like. So to let you guys know about me, I usually use Cowbell and Grunt Birthday Party if I am just playing Campaign for fun. However, if I am doing scoring, I also use IWHBYD (I am not sure why), Thunderstorm (For more points), Tilt (To make it a challenge [And more points!]), Mythic (For the 3X point booster), Tough Luck (Points, again), Catch (Points...do I even need to say it?), and Fog (The points, and that I don't need a radar to play).
I always play with Thunderstorm on, not sure why ... and of course cowbell, IWHBYD, ad gruntb-day. Grunt b-day is probably my favorite silver skull, but thunderstorm is my favorite gold skull.
catch skull all the way, nothing is funnier than shooting a grunt after hes lit a grenade but before hes thrown it making the grenade land in a pile of grenades from other grunts setting them all off in one beautiful BOOM :squirrel_evil:
Grunt B-Day. I love it. YAAAY!!! IWHBYD is next up. For whatever reason, I don't know the difference between it being on and off but I use for the random, rare sayings that get a good laugh. My Favorite from the gold skulls is Catch.
I guess it is obvious that everyone loves Grunt Birthday Party. That skull always makes me laugh when it goes "Yay!", especially when you are knocking out a bunch of them at once. I also think that they damage other enemies around them when they go off, so that is also an advantage. And as for IWHBYD, I really haven't noticed anything different in the dialog. However, when I had it on, a Grunt threw a Plasma at me while saying "This one is for yo momma!" :squirrel_giggle: I found it comical.

I'm going to say catch and fog (because of points and explotions) for gold skulls. I've yet to to find the IWHBYD skull, but I'm sure it will be my favorite silver skull once I get that.
i thnk i like gbp the mosat because it just cheers me up to hear those grunts exploding and saying: ''yay!!!'' i yell it in cod4 all the time too... people get pissed off i just think they don't appreciate good occasional ''yay''s
Silver skulls, its the B-day party skull, comboed (help me, is comboed a word?) with the cowbell skull, to make the confetti explosions bigger and cause more damage to nearby enemies. Gold skulls, its the Thunderstorm skull. Also, has anyone ever had 4 Kamikaze grunts chase you without the Catch skull turned on? It happened to me on the Covenant, going into the first tower. I didn't die, believe it or not. I shot a Grunt in the head, made a big boom.
Getting the IWHBYD Skull isn't hard, you just need to know what to do. If you ever want some help with it, let me know. I would be more than glad to assist. :squirrel_wink:
i really like a challenge, so i use every skull other than blake eye and blind. when im playing with my friends i take off catch because it annoys them.
