Bleach Arena v2 At last, the long anticipated Blach Arena v2 is finally here! I will say right now that there will be no v3 of this map! Thank you. The map was delayed for so long because: Homework consumed so much time I've been learning how to geo-merge My Halo 3 disk broke right before I released it intially But all of those things have passed because I finally got it up! _________________________________________________________________ The Gametype: HOLLOW ATTACK 2 The gametype went through some minor changes since the last game. This time around the settings are different. Here are the changes: Humans have a waypoint over their heads at all times (requested) Zombies have more damage resistance (requested) Regular Zombies are faster (requested) Humans only get 1 point per zombie kill So yeah, I listened to your suggestions guys, and they made things better. Thanks for those who gave good advise. _________________________________________________________________ The Map Now, the map starts off as a blank arena, just like the last one. The humans are pretty much go through the same thing when they spawn as they do in the first game. Zombies on the other hand.... The Wind Tunnel Yep, the zombies spawn in a wind tunnel out of the map. Why? Because it makes for better gameplay. This is how the zombie intially dies so it can become its weaker version for the first 60 seconds it's alive. The tunnel is empty at first, but after 20 seconds it activates... AH $%&#!!! Relax, you will respawn afterwards, but in your weaker form. After 60 seconds, this white effect will wear off and you will be a stronger zombie. There are two changes to the ways the zombies enter the arena. First one is that the teleporters are arranged differently and that there are more of them. The second is the Arrancar Alter. It's basically one of the receiving teleporter zones for zombies to get into the map. There is a 1/9 chance of you getting in this little room. It holds a custom powerup as a little present to any fortunate zombie to winds up in there. The rest of the map is at the timed spawn rates again. Yay, that was asked to be kept. And here are the changes in that. 60 seconds: Note: If you look in the background of this pic, there are fence walls below the human spawn rooms. Those allow zombies to easily access caming humans. It definately solved the camping problem, along with the shield doors. 90 seconds: 120 seconds: and another structure at 120 seconds: 150 seconds: and the additioanl struture at 120 gets shield doors and a laser: 180 seconds... I don't want to ruin this, but I will say that the regular custom powerup will still spawn at the 180 mark. Along with that, the high platform will be expanded. i like this map you should have called it redesined but other then the name i really like this map! i like the use of the time respawn.
I saw v1 and it looked good but like I said IDK how to fix but try...BTW AWESOME! EDIT: well, arent you stuck up! RUDE! it was just so i could be before other people cause i think this should get featured!
Those shield doors and fence walls should greatly help the gameplay, as when I played it with my friends, they just camped in the boxes. Also, when they didn't and wanted to get back into the boxes, they could only jump back into one (nearest the first structure) due to the fact that there was nothing they could jump on, so the shield doors and fence walls should help the gameplay a lot. Yes, there is, as a matter of fact. If the boxes were placed that way, then the wall surrounding the arena would not be tall enough. People would be able to grenade jump out of the map. It's just the right height, so I'll leave it as is.
i downloaded the 1st version of this it was great! and now theres a second version is even better i love the thought of the wind tunnel outside of the map : ] i see that you wont be making another version which is fine by me it's excellent as it is and i dont see anything that needs improveing ill replace this version with the 1st one 6.5/5 prob one of my favourite maps ever EDIT: also +rep for u aswell

This map is very interesting.I see i alot of things I like.There's really nothing to complain about and i really like how you kind of have a story while you play,like when the zombie dies and comes back weaker.Pretty creative map man!
this really isn't all that different from the fist one but im not complaining because the first one was fun anyways . I do like the wind tunnel addition though, ive never seen anyone do anything quite like that. good v2.
Thanks for the comments guys, I've gotten only positive feedback so far so I assume you guys really like the map. This v2 plays much better than v1. Gameplay is more fair for the zombies. Any human who camps will get raped now. Humans can now restock ammo from any of the spawn boxes. Also, the additional structures allow for more durability for the humans.
This is much better then v1. Not that v1 wasnt really good but v2 is way better. you fixed all the main problems especially the camping. The design is well made and the level has very good interlockinng not that that matters. Overall, this is a very good level and worth a download. 5/5 and a very good v2
glad you fixed up the boxes spawning on the metal grating, im assuming it was because humans actually would just be pushed under the level when they spawned. Other than that, it seems really well done, good job.
I love playing on this map, Its so fun on how it changes through out the game. You should be able to generate more maps from this idea. Good job! 4.5/5
Thanks for the positive comments guys. The additional comments seem to follow the same opinion as the first page. 4.5/5 is the lowest rating so far? I want to know if there is anything wrong with the map, other than the fact that it has no geo-merging. It'll help me for my future maps so I know not to make the same mistakes again.
Wow this is creative i like how the zombies die and get stronger. Nothing wrong from what i can see, besides the fact you could have geomerged, but i read at the top that you were just learning to geomerge. Good job and a 5/5 from me

The zombies are stronger now, so the AR isn't as bad anymore. Any weapon with an accurate shot is good, so long as you aim for the head. So now the magnum is better to use on the map and you start off with one.

I was recently thinking about making another map with timed respawn based off what I did in this map. I probably won't use the arena idea, but I need to know what I could use. So, any downfalls to the map? (Still no negative feedback)
