TEMPLE MOUNT Created by BORG k79 Download Temple Mount HERE Supported Gametypes: FFA - Team Slayer - K.O.T.H. - OddBall - CTF (1Flag) Map Description: TEMPLE MOUNT is a Symmetrical Map, designed mainly for Slayer gametypes but built well for 1 Flag CTF. It consists of a huge Monument that spans the length of Foundry. Tombstones are scattered below a Sniper Tower at the base of the Temple. The Temple itself has 3 levels: Apex (top level), Middle Chamber, Sword Chamber (ground level). I have learnt alot from my previous maps and feel as though I have nailed the weapon placements on this map. Feel free to change it up if you see fit. MLG players might not find this map to be their style, however if it is requested I will post an MLG Varient. MAP OVERVIEW This map uses the Ultimate Budget Glitch, and sad to say I have reached the item limit. So if you choose to edit the map be careful what you delete. all i have to say is, INSTANT HALO3 BONER looks amazing! fantastic merging, flawless precision, amazing aesthetics! this map has everything! You definitely have my download! i will be back with a full in depth review 5/5 on the pics alone cant wait for gameplay! if this map had a slot, i would totally insert my floppy
This map has a very very creative feel to it.I like the huge hill you made.It looks pretty smooth to walk on.Your pictures help alot to know where the weapons are and other tips.Nice work
this map looks SO COOL!!!!. i can see this as an insane one flag or one bomb map with the huge hill they have to cross over. the forging looks great. i have nothing bad to say about this map. i am truly impressed!!! 5/5
This map looks amazing! I always wanted to make a giant (one flag/bomb) hill map like this, but I never found the time to. Your map though, surpasses anything I would have been able to make. It looks very well thought out and smooth. I have one question though: Did you make those parts of the hill with staircases so people inside could shoot through them at the people running up the hill, or for purely ascetic reasons?
Both actually. I thought that it would look really cool to see through the stairs, on all levels within or outside the temple. On the lowest level, you can go into a mauler room(one on each side) and watch players running past you outside the temple. This adds to the excitement when you can see your enemy sometimes before he sees you and even get off a few shots through the stairs. Use the Mauler rooms as a point to recharge your sheilds and get a bearing on your next victim.
this is a freaking amazing map! its always amazing to see new members get off to a good start here on FH. and if this gets featured, it will be a great accomplishment for someone who has just joined. 5/5

Looks really well made! It seems to be flawless in 95% of the map. Gameplay as I see it has 0 flaws, it will be very entertaining! I like the inside of the big-ass hill where the floor is all walls. I would camp like a -blam- in there! The forging looks really nice and clean throughout the map. The way you labeled your pics was very nice! I would just say that I have some questions that should have been answered in this post! I will answer them myself out of laziness to type when I download! -Irish

Wow. This map is magical. Wonderful aesthics with powerful gameplay. A smaller map with a medium size map feel. The only thing I would question is why you didn't close off the bottom of the wall corner in the back of the apex. The top is covered with a fence box, but the bottom is open. I am thinking that this could aggrevate players that jump under it and get caught mid jump. It's not a big deal, just throwing that out there. An excellent map, and I don't do this much, but 10/10
I really want to try this out, but my cue is filled up as of now because I've only played the COD beta for the past few days. =P The map looks really cool. I love the whole mountain kind of idea and it looks like it works out very well. I will make sure to DL as soon as I get on halo.
I will admit that I am not the best at geomerging as you will find out at the back wall of the Apex, however, the wall corner you are talking about was left like that on purpose so you can quickly jump up behind it to either hide or disappear from an enemy that is chasing you. Try it.
Ive never seen anything like it. great job! the interlocking is perfect and the layout is completely original. This would be extremely fun with KoTH and 1 sided variants. 5/5.
This looks pretty cool in my opinion. I like how there is an inside and outside area. Long range combat outside, close combat inside. The weapon setup doesnt seem bad but you should give us a grenade count because there can be too many grenades, no matter what type of map. The overall layout of the map itself seems very good to me and I think you have done a pretty good job. Oh yeah, i almost forgot, please list the respawn time and number of clips to go with the weapons list. This can be crucial. For example, if you didnt change the respawn times and the flame thrower spawns after 30 seconds, there will be way too much flames goin on. Not that you didnt do that, it works with all weapons. Anyways, good job.
thats an interesting map you made there, you can definity say that it has a lot of originality and nice interlocking. I like the map, it looks nice, game play on the other hand could have problems, but still looks good
I took your advice and went back into the map and listed the respawn times and clip count of each weapon. I also have added a new slideshow walkthrough to my post, hopefully this will give you a better feel for the map.
This map is very well done! The fusion is great, it looks amazing, there are no flaws, and it looks like it offers some great gameplay. It looks like it would be great for 1 sided objective, and could possibly offer some fun infection rounds too! This is one of the most finely crafted forges I have ever seen. 10/10
This map looks really cool (and BIG based on the screenshots.) Looks good for bigger parties. I'm making a big temple-based map, and I think I'll download this one, at least out of curiosity.
