Decimate Decimate is my entry for the Template Contest. Decimate is a very small map set up for ffa, oddball, and KoTH up to 6 people, Team Slayer, 2 Flag, Team King and Team Ball up to 5v5. It is recommended you play with four players in any game. The map is quite small so too many people becomes an AR fest. Decimate has a small weapon set with only BR's, a Carbine, SMGs, Spikers, a needler, a sniper and a plasma rifle. The equiptment is two regens, two frags and two plasmas. Wow. This map just looks amazing. I love the "center room" (the room with the stairs. It looks like some amazing battleground. It looks like a very good map, I just wish there was a little more scenery. Other than that, it looks great.
this map looks great, very playable, aesthetic, overall well forged. the geometry is interesting. I like how you use the stairs to create a subtle but actual height difference in some of the play area. I also like the double box walls as an aesthetic, and the interestingly interlocked platforms around them. sadly though... In the rules of the template contest, nothing can be blocked off. I cant tell, but I think that there are a few things blocked off i.e. the ghost, and i think that my disqualify you... (what a shame!!!) I would suggest a v2 that fixes this before you enter it in the thread, this map has potential to compete in the contest. good luck
this map looks realy good. im a little confused on what the overall map looks like? i liked all the little rooms and it seems to have ok gameplay. i am also wondering how the weapon placement is. all these will be answered after the download. nice map

This map looks awesome. It reminds me of Collusus (I think that's what it's called) The geo-merging an interlocking are perfect. I really like the area shown in the 7th image. It looks really cool. How is the gameplay? Looks to me like it would be fun. Well done. P.S.- You are missing the Sniper from your weapons list.
I asked Bl00D and he said it only needed to be visible and it is visible through the fence boxes so I don't think I'll be DQ'd. And whats a scope, I added sniper. Thanks for all the comments guys.
nice map, very clean and professional, i can tell you put a lot of work into this. i really liked how you used the bottoms AND the tops of double boxes for the walls, most people just use the bottoms which gives the map a very bland look, but not you. and yes, it is very. small. good luck in the contest.
great todays the deadline isnt it, i didnt even finish v1 sigh.oh well nice map but i belive that bl00d will blow us all away again with his entry anyway good aesthetics for such simple scenery objects, the stair room looks cool and the bridge area looks good with the collum in the middle the only peoblem i can see from the pics is in the stair room, it looks as if you can get stuck on the fence wall 4/5 you get a dl
Love this map! The layout is good and the fusion is perfect. the gameplay for stuff like FFA seems great. I like the fence walkways and the ascetic features under them that provide the "look but not touch" feel. Overall 9.5/10
