I want to get better at halo, and I would like level 50's to do some 1 v 1 or 2 v 2 with me. If you can do this your a massive help. I want heavy criticism on where I go wrong, please help me :3 I really want to get better and the only way that I'm going to do that is by playing the best of the best.
Trueskill rank has little to do with actually knowledge in this game. Most playlists are about knowing the default maps well, having a good host and being experienced with an AR. I don't think anybody is past a 45 in MLG either. Your better off asking for help from anyone. And your also better off in saying what you think your not so good at, or where you appear to make mistakes. Knowing the problem is 90% of the problem. If you don't know the problem, we can't help you.
yes, true. but? i still think i can help. and i know a lot about the game, and little tricks to help, and what to do in certain situations. and yes, i know all the maps well, buts thats not why i'm good. i'm very good with the br, ok with the sniper, but mostly i think things through and plan out a strategy very quickly. i'm not trying to brag or anything though. just send me a FR and i'll help. gt stin10
My common sense lacks when playing halo, that's one problem. Seriously, I just want super awesome people to own me at a 1 v 1 then heavily criticize me about where i go wrong, I just don't know where also, level 44 in lone wolves :3. Not many people have got to 42 in LW, Check the graph :3
Yeah, trueskill doesn't mean anything, you're just best asking around and playing custom games. (Matchmaking wont get you that much better) Here's some tips though. Always have a BR. Use frags to damage shields then hit with a BR. Frags also bounce so be tricky and fancy to get around corners with them. AIM FOR THE HEAD! If you wanna 1v1 with me its all I ever do. True. Ive just lost my game since I stopped playing lone wolves. Also, Whats interesting is that more people have a 50 in MLG than lone wolves, the ratio on the graph on how many level 50s there are in that list is so low that its barely visible. I added you guys, Cheers :3
Do you have a way to post one or more games/extended clips of your play? If possible that would be very useful for getting multiple opinions, especially if the games show a situation(s) or playstyles you'd like comments on. Linked videos in your Fileshare would be useful, but a youtube/gamevee video would be best (I think the Grab feature is working again).
It doesnt matter about level 50 to me .. I know some great players who are level 43 .. And some 50s who are crap .. >.< Boosting FTL ..
I think i could help you, I'm only a 47 but I and most of my 50 friends believe I play at the level of a 50 no sweat. I also currently have a 41 in MLG. If you are trying to get to 50 in lone wolves then good luck, Most people get their 50's in dubs and some in TS (like on my current account I'm working on a TS 50 and don't wanna have to resort to Dubs). but like a lot of people have said, rank doesn't mean skill. A lot of my friends rag on me because i haven't got my 50 yet, but if I play them 1v1 9/10 times I win. Here's some quick tips, if you already know them then thats a good thing: -if you are playing team games, learn the map callouts and use them effectively to give your team an advantage. -like someone else said, ALWAYS have a BR as it is the most versatile weapon. ALso attempt to keep a steady BR on the sensitivity you are used to -properly placed nades can easily save your life, but if you throw a bad one, you will usually end up screwed Hope i helped you out! Ill add you all . i use in a range of 1-7 sensitivity. 7 for snipes and 1-2 for BR, I personally find good reactions and steady aiming at sensitivity 2. I do use the BR alot, When i started halo my main tool of destruction was the AR now its the BR :3 Sidenote: MLG messed up mah K/D ratio lol.

You thought wrong, the majority of people that play the MLG playlist are ranked 1-10 and 45-50. There are plenty of 45+. Don't worry about your rank dude. Rank just means you pull host a lot, nothing more. The biggest tip I can give is to improve your game sense. Sure, a great BR helps but you have to play smart. eg. Don't play Rambo style. Outsmart your opponent, do the opposite of what they think you will do.
