    Mortal Combat is a training camp for humans & covenants soldiers destyned for bigger combats. It supports All gametypes for 2-16 players. This map is my version of what the original foundry which is one of my least favorites maps in halo 3 should have been or at least how i would have done it. It's a competitive map in which i decided to use no interlocking or merging to create and there won't be no interlocked v2 so don't ask please, I kept 95% of the original spawn system on foundry so it should work flawlessly. The concept is bassically trainig combat so...

    It is also believed that long ago the X-men recruits used to train here as well.

    it looks too much like the original foundry too me. There isnt enough originality. I like the concept of leaving the original spawns though.

    First of all, you might want to tidy this paragraph up. There are more spelling mistakes than i can care to list. It implies that you rushed on the post, which also implies that you rushed on the map.

    Secondly. I don't see anything that links back to Mortal Combat. Was this something to do with this 'Concept' idea that you were always banging on about?

    And lastly, that line really got to me;

    - Foundries default spawn system is less than satisfactory in my opinion

    - You have made a different map. You are trying to use spawns from a different map. That is a very bad idea.

    - This also implies laziness. If you are bad with spawns, you should atleast have a go. How are you ever going to improve if you do not try?

    I will download and have a little playtest tommorow and get back to you on the gameplay, but in the meantime, i would fix these issues to make your thread and ultimately your map look more attractice.

    Look i dunno, this map looks like it took about an hour to make. I hate the original foundry map and this looks very similar. Also, no interlocking, i know u mentioned u didnt and u didnt intend to, but i think that sometimes, it is an idea to give interlocking a go. Ill download and take a go myself, but otherwise im not entirely sure this map is worth a happyfayce. :l 3/5

    Looks cool, 1 thing I would recommend doing would be instead of using single shield doors, use doubles and merge half the shield door with the box beside it so you don't have a gap between the shield door and the wall. You don't need to interlock, the shield doors just merge by themself. Otherwise, good job!

    Ok Mike that's a good observation but in this case the gap between the shield door and the wall is intended so that grenades can be thrown thru it but it's true they do merge very easly. Thx for the comment.
