Crevice:Close Quartered Massacre Crevice is a map that is very close quartered. It is set up for everything, and Shotty Snipers or any Snipers variation is extremely fun on this. It is very fun for a BTB match on this, because there will be a fight going on in every corner of this map. It gives a natural feel with uneven and crooked walls, so it doesn't feel like tidy and organized Foundry. DescriptionThere are two cliffs. You can walk on the boxes, walk on the middle bridges to the two skybases, go up the stairs to the high sky base, walk the bridges near the ground between the two gravity lifts, or plain walk on the ground. The boxes are arranged in a zigzag way to show a small resemblance to a crevice (originally I was going to make the ground a deathpit). I can't see that you've used any Interlocking, have you tried it out? I suggest that you update this map with extensive use of Interlocking and post the updated version here on the forums.
Yea I agree, try using the interlocking technique. Specifically for those bridges because (Trust me I know the bridges interlocking can be a pain-in-the-a**) it will give it a much more organized smoother feel to them. The map itself is great but just use the interlocking technique and you'll have a much more better map.
Then I will remake the map using interlocking. This was more of a demo anyway, since it was my first forged map on Foundry. No need for anyone to post again.
I like how the bridges kind of look like an interstate off-ramp, I might use that in a later map. However, I agree with everyone else when they say you should try the interlocking technique to tidy up this map.
Another problem I had with the map was the weapons. I believe that there are WAY to many power-weapons. Just subtract some of the weapons that don't work well with the map (meaning that it is to hard to get a kill with it or WAY to easy with it).
