Uranium v. 1.0

    This is a V.1! Do not expect it to be perfect, but i did do very much to make it look & play well.

    Creators: Gman9091(me) and Arctic Pheonix8 (Formerly Blackmagic105)
    DL at bottom of post

    Description: Uranium is my newest map, it is mainly a u-shaped map as both bases are in the pockets of foundry.

    this is about a halve of the map, there is also a tunnel in the bottom level of the wall, this leads to the entrance on the opposite side.

    this is an entrance to the tunnel, inside the tunnel is a plasma rifle.

    Weapons:
    8 battle rifles
    1 shotgun
    1 sniper rifle (asymetrical)
    2 smgs
    4 magnums
    1 plasma rifle
    2 carbines
    1 machine-gun turret (asymetrical)
    1 bubble shield
    2 energy drainers
    2 regenerators
    1 radar jammer
    1 flare
    2 frag grenades
    6 plasma grenades
    4 spike grenades
    3 firebomb grenades
    1 overshield
    52 spawn points
    2 mongeese
    Defending your base
    no matter what you want, it all leads to winning, and even defending plays a large part
    TS: if your defending, by all means dont let them capture both bases, you stand barely any chance
    CTF,Assualt: whatever you do, dont let them get the flag, if they do, saty in your back hall and kill them through the window panel as the come into the hall, or you can defend allies getting the flag through the panal.
    Offense
    the most important job, you must get the points, make sure that you get proper weapons and use cover well, there is a lot of cover on the map, so use it wisely, and remember, if the main path is a deadly crossfire, take the tunnel
    Supported Gametypes
    Team Slayer
    CTF
    Assault
    (and any one-sided versions of those)

    yeah the map was created me and Darkdragon. The firebombs were just a mishap and were deleted. I highly recommend 1 sided assault and CTF. The sniper rifle and turret spawn during one sided games.

    this looks really nice...
    i can tell u spent a lot of time perfedting the layout...
    nice job on it...
    missing download link tho or im stupid...
    interlocking is very smmoth gametype sounds great...

    ok, sorry about DL link... i knew i was missing somthing lol, and this map does work for oddball and Koth, but they arent much fun with those gametypes, also, if anybody has one of those foundry layout maps so i can show weapon placement that would be appreciated

    wuts the point of posting a map if u kno its not up to ur personal standards. test it a bit and see what plays well, and always go for ur standard of aesthetics. dont try to rush a map just to get it posted

    looks great - good morfing - good size - good shape - all together good looking -

    map more good maps and maybe you will get to favourates?

    also maybe learn some new skills

    what i meant was i wanted to make a good map, not a sucky (as you can see it has a lot of geo-merging and interlocking) that plays well, and that im not spending an exess 10 hours interlocking and geo-merging everything just to have a deisgn that FH wont like.
    but anyway, look at the pics or DL, im not saying im perfect, but it doesnt look like i made it in an hour, it took nearly 7 hours to finish.

    well, i just saw it has only 2 DLs, im glad im getting good reveiws, but i cant really beleive a rating w/o a DL
    but still, thank you for positive feed-back

    i doubt it will get featured, it just has flaws, but V2 might if we fix a few things

    Guys: could you post some problems you have, so i can has fixing

    yeah, if we ell it could ruin gameplay, but we WILL fix it in V2, in V2 well start from scratch and make it the same-idea, but better-made

    Cool map I like how it uses the back rooms and blocks off the big area. Unfortunately The Breakers Guild has broken out of you map courtesy of Cheesepuffs96/idiotninja. Here is a video and you can fix it.

    nice forging and the map looks great and clean it's well for team sly or ctf on it.I highly recomed downloading the map.

    Not the prettiest map around, but I like it. There's plenty of cover, good spawn points and weapon placement too.
