As most of us know by now Halo Wars will take place on Harvest but there is a possibility of yet another Halo Ring and here is a pic of it. Look behind the tree line and you'll see it. Sorry its not embedded. Anyways there is also a possibility of the Flood in Halo Wars and here is video supporting it. In the video the Fleet Commander (Golden Elite) mentions an infection that might be the Flood. A problem with this is that he says if they open it the infection might defile the Relic. If the Relic is the structure that probably means the infection is outside and is not Flood. Now the reason I mention a Halo Ring and the Flood is because this is all before the Halo event but there is no record of these things. The whole reason I started this thread was for what I'm about to say. If the Flood is in this game and if there is a Halo and there is no record of either of these two things existing before the Master Chief and Halo: Combat Evolved, the entire Spirit of Fire and her crew must get destroyed at the ending of Halo Wars. Now this is just a theory because there are still some things that don't add up. If the Spirit of Fire encounters the Flood or a Halo ring why wouldn't they call for backup and mention a new alien race or structure along with it. Any thoughts on my Theory of the Ending of Halo Wars would be appreciated. Edit: The Spirit of Fire communications must have been jammed or damaged, then She and her crew must have been obliterated.
Thats not a bad threory at all and I agree, there is probobly another halo and there is probobly flood, but i'm not positive. As for the ship not calling for help, at the begginning of the fall of reach, book, they say they lost contact with the ship after it encountered the covenant ship and I bet the crew tried to get away and possibly landed on a halo ring if that makes sense, but they could never call for help.
In the video I gave a link to, it implies there might be a Flood Outbreak on Harvest. If there is is they should still be able transmit to others, if there at a Halo Ring the chances of sending a message would be slim. Another thing how would they get to a Halo Ring. They were sent to reclaim Harvest, they wouldn't follow a fleeing Covenant Ship because one the Covenant don't flee and two that would leave Harvest defenseless. Unless there is a wormhole or something that was activated by the Relic in the video that sucks the ship in bringing it to Halo they wouldn't leave. And I doubt there is is a portal in the relic because anyone who goes through that would be cut off from the Spirit of Fire. In other words they wouldn't have the ability to build bases in an RTS.
Interesting thoughts. I completely agree. This is definitely a mastermind conspiracy you have going on here.
I kinda get it im not very good at following this stuff because i barely know the story of halo 2 let alone halo 1. That sounds possible and they could leave harvest if it were completely infested with flood or something
