Well i have seen some maps with insane respawn times for weapons and i want to fix that Here is an example: Weapon/clips/respawn time Weapons list: Rocket launcher/2/180 Rocket launcher/1/150 Rocket launcher/0/120 Sniper rifle/2/150 Sniper rifle/1/120 Sniper rifle/0/90 Sword/10shots/90-180 BR/always 20-45 respawn Assault rifle/ always 20-30 respawn smg/always 20-60 respawn Plasma pistol/ 10 respawn unless lots of vehicles then 30 magnum/always 20 respawn turret/always 60-120 respawn Plasma rifle/ always 20-45 respawn grav hammer/ always 90-150 respawn shotgun/2/150 shotgun/1/120 shotgun/0/90 spiker/ always 20-45 respawn needler/ always 30-60 respawn brute shot/2/90 bruteshot/1/60 bruteshot/0/45 spartan laser/ always 90-180 respawn carbine/2/45 carbine/1/30 carbine/0/20 mauler/2/150 mauler/1/120 mauler/0/90 Fuel rod gun/ always 60-150 respawn beam rifle/always 45-90 respawn sentinel beam/ always 45-90 respawn Flamethrower/ always 120-180 respawn (depends on maps size; EX: small map=180, medium map=150, large map=120) Hope this helps
wow this is very helpful, but i would have to disagree on some of the time sets for the sniper rifle, turret, gravity hammer, shotgun, bruteshot, beam rifle, and sentinel beam. only certain times though not all of it
I question some of these like flamethrower, should only spawn once or 180 seconds on all size maps. Overall this should be helpfull while I am creating my new map called Process. Thank you: deathshadow41
i have to personally say i disagree with most of these. You let power weapons spawn far too often for my tastes.
Who would put a Carbine on a map with 0 extra clips? And they should respawn sooner. They should be treated just like a BR.
I agree with Silencebroken but not for these reasons. Spawn times depend alot on the maps layout and gameplay more than anything. You cant really just make a list of suggested respawns for every single type of map. Certain respawns go with certain maps.
