Wow looks great. Where do u go to get to that. Lol. I hav beened warned for a while and i want to make a sig.
I googled it originally because i wanted to know it myself. Then i modified what i learned into a simpler, better process and made a tut out of it. You can also use those wisps in sigs, not just avatars.
I like it. What i have done before is stroke the path again in layer under the hard brush in a different (but similar) color. Either use a large soft brush or use the hard brush and do a gaussian blur. Comes out glowing like yours, but IMO gives a different effect.
