Re: Canals *First Remake Of GoW Canals* Okay, I downloaded this map and checked it out in Forge, but I havent had a chance to play it yet. First thing I thought was "Wow, awesome job!" It really does feel like Canals!! You did great re-creating the map! Congrats. Like I said I havent played the level yet, but it seems fun. This will be a keeper, I have a feeling. The only problem I noticed with the map is that you can easily escape the level boundaries. Not that you would have any reason to, but I think we have all noticed that there are certain players (some from FH) who seem determined to NOT play the map as its intended and just focus all their attention on escaping the map and trying to break how it plays. Perhaps raise up the outer walls so no one can escape?

Feel free to post your map, though...but I suggest you have a link to his map as well, and let the community decide which one they like better. As long as credit is given where it's due, everyone ought to be happy.

Now that I think about it, it really does look quite a bit similar to the Gears of War map. - Brute Captain
