I do know how to merge and interlock jut fine, but the one thing that either messes up or just is to hard to comprehend sometimes is merging walls into the ground at an angle. The other is merging a fence wall horizontaly* into the walls of foundry. If someone could help me it could well really help on this map I am trying to make. TRYING! -IrishBeast says thanks
here, watch this video. http://www.forgehub.com/forum/video...orge-school-4-angled-advanced-geomerging.html It gave a pretty good explaination for me.
If you want tomarrow night about 9pm EST i can show you how to geomerge at an angle if you don't get it.
thanks for the help... but funny thing i watched those vids about two minutes before posting... only told me what i knew!
i can not go on tom. but could u just try to explain it for me... i am kinda smart soo yeah type away!
It is kind of hard to explain in words but if possible geomerge while watching the video just use different objects.
O.K. kinda started to think better and understanding the thing with walls... i need better barriers like more teleportors! But have u ever tried to merge a wall or fence wall flat/horisontaly* but still about a double box or so off the ground?
I have done that. if you want it a wall off of the ground, I would stack up 2 walls on their sides. then you turn a door up-side-down and then place another one on its side so it goes into the fence wall. the fence should be braced by teleporters. geomerge like normal but also using the save and quit method.
