I have heard that but i don't know what. I am pretty sure it's not recon because I heard you get recon if you get EVERY achievement in Halo 3 including old and new.
that would be the obvious newb answer. if you think about it there not going to give it out just for four achievments. first of all they cant track achievements, so it would have to be something that was programmed into TU2/AU2. it may possibly be a new helmet, or a new perm of somekind, i could be totally wrong and it could well be recon. i dont know, well have to wait and find out.
IT AIN'T ARMOR! Bungie has already said no new armor. And it ain't recon either becuase that would spoil having it. But then, what is it? Lol can't come up with anything.... maybe super ninja powzarz!
yes gamer score isn't everything and the prize sounds interesting. There's been many rumors and the biggest one ive heard would be another type of katana, gold i think. I can see why you would say Recon. Bungie and staff must get so many messages and friend requests daily that it pushed them over the edge and they said F*** it just give it to 'em. Thatll shut them up. The downside to this would be that being a bungie employee or a very loyal halo/bungie players efforts would be for nothing. Like silence said, it might not be armour but i guess we will have to wait and see than.

It would be amazing if we got a new piece of armor. Do you realise that Spartans have nearly twice as many armor permutations as the Elites? Spartans also have the katana, while the Elites have nothing. My friend's dream, which has become mine, is that the Elites would receive aesthetic "jump packs" from Halo 2. They would be exactly like the katanas. Purely aesthetic, and untouchable. I also heard very strange rumors that they would be giving the people that got all the achievements recon, and then Bungie would make themselves brand new armor. Wouldn't that be great? We get the armor we've been wanting forever, and then we get to look up at and wish for a brand new permutation....=)
I think it won't be armor. I remember reading that they said it wouldn't be new armor. Some of my friends came up with some ideas though, even though I didn't really agree with them. One friend say, it might be armor, because there's 4 armor pieces (helmet, body, both shoulders), and 4 Challenges. But since they said you would only get something if you completed all of them, I don't think that's it. I'd be happy to take either of that as a prize anytime over Recon. Trust me, once everyone gets it, its not going to be cool, like the Hayabusa. Remember when no one had it? Proof? Why do you sound so confident? No source has actually stated that as a fact yet. Um... could be. Could be related to the new File Share system they're making.

It's most likely just a gamerpicture pack or something. They've said before that they can't add armor perms, and I doubt they'd just give everyone recon, but then again who knows with Bungie.
