This piano artist has talent.

I've been playing the piano since I was 7, and I've got to tell you, after about the 5th year, you can play by ear. Watch closely to all the notes he is playing with his left hand. Those are just chords strung out into simple patterns. For those of you who don't know, it is AMAZINGLY easy to play chords like that especially when you know the key of the song changes. Now, if he had been playing with both hands (i don't consider playing the cords in one hand a skill) that would be cool. Then if maybe he listened to the song for the first time ever, and sat down and played it, i'd be impressed. This, no. You could easily listen to a song over and over again, then spend an hour or two getting down the notes. I can play Paramore's Misery Business without sheet music, with one hand doing the chord progression and the other the melody, and learned it in roughly an hour.
