Thats really cool. I like the look of the neck. You should keep making these, you could make some really cool drawings! Maybe you should finish the bottom of the neck so it's not just the head and neck though.
Its not terrible. Some people really stuff these drawings up, but you didn't. Maybe you could expand it into a full dragon, that'd by just 1337. Oh, and put a filter on it =)
