Omg i was just in forge messing around because I'm bored as hell with live down and i was ramming my goose into propane tanks bowling style by going off a bridge. I knocked em' all down and tried resetting them by blowing them all up. Only half of them blew up and I was like wtf! I ran up to one shooting it and meleed it multiple times. None of this worked. Then I stepped back and threw a nade at the tank I was trying to make respawn. It still didn't blow up. So I went to go melee another. It wasn't working still. When I went to go end the round, I realized that the propane tank I threw the nade at had been placed into an orbit around me, spinning on one end going in a perfect circle. Omg it was so freaking sweet. Can't wait for live to come back up so I can share the clip with friends.
yeah, it was weird I didn't even realize it was circling me until I ended the round. Upon trying to recreate the event, I found out that it's actually quite easy to make them spin in a circle on the ground without blowing up. (a slow circle) I just thought it was funny though because I didn't stage the event to happen. It just kind of starting circling me and I was all like wtf lol???
I was not a propane tank......it was hover cat..........ok seriously i will check this out when live comes back at 3:00 am(damn) it sounds like the xbox thought the tanks were in different spots than what you saw on screen

A similar thing happened to me earlier. I was shooting at some tanks and one of them flew off but didn't explode, and no matter what I did to it, it wouldn't explode. Odd. It didn't fly in circles around me, though. I'll have to check out the video tomorrow.
are you guys saying that this has never happened to you while using propane? It is really very easy all you do is put some propane out and throw a frag near em. And villa And it doesn't fly it spins in a circle around you Made from my iPod touch

You misunderstand me, it's not why it happened, it's how it happened, it was not planned at all. I wasn't trying to get it to spin around me. This was the first time I witnessed this happen and the 0:50 sec clip is funny. I thought I'd share this with the community, not because I discovered something new in the halo physics, but because something funny happened to me. I'm not presenting this so people can go back, analyze how it happened, and try to recreate it on their own. No, I'm presenting this to show people something out of the ordinary that happened by chance.
