Paint Created by Jips with some help from Jediwithasniper [br] Supported Gametypes: Either the game-type that i have made... (available at the bottom of the page) or just standard SWAT with---no starting grenades, 200% gravity, and instant kill---turned on [br] Map Description This is my first map that i have really put some effort into and tested.... I wanted to make a map that was fast passed, required you to use teamwork in order to succeed, and required the players to be tactical. I settled on this map, based on the speedball course that is used primarily in the major paint-ball tournaments. On each side there are rows of cover that you can either use to cover your teammates moving up the map, or use to quickly travel across the map. In the middle of the map there is the largest piece of cover that can be used to cover much of the other teams side of the map. The map is best played with about 4-10 players, if u get to many the games will be extremely short.... Here are some pictures of the map.... This actually looks like a Paintball field so Props to you. But I just am not too found of the paintball maps/games if I want to play Paintball I will play CoD4 or Paintball in RL.

I haven't had the chance to test it out yet but from what I could tell from the pictures it looks a little unbalanced. For instance, on base side A there's almost only barrels for cover, barrels can be moved with little effort while there's only static cover on base side B. How come you've chosen this setup and have you experienced any kind of balance issues due to the different bases?
when ive played it with my friends ive had almost no balance problems at all. personally, i like the barrel side better because i can crouch down and move quickly between the barrels and cover most of the map. Thanks for all the feed back though guys...
It works way better if you use plasma pistols instead of BRs. Plasma pistol shots fly and act like paintballs and the aiming isn't as exact, like real paintballing. Just use instant kill with those. Its what I did with my paintball gametype and maps.
That Plasma Pistol idea is actually a good idea. Would have never thought about that. Set for download. I don't have a painball map in the collection, so I'll try it out.
thanks for the feed back, made some changes to the map and the game-type......... you now start with a plasma pistol...or if u don't want to use that (i personally like the carbine better) there are carbines on the ground where u spawn. I did it this way because the more testing that i did i found that with the BR...it is way to easy to take someone out with the burst...the one shot from the carbine is harder to hit with.
good map. ive made several pb maps for plasma pistol use. Next time just try to remember to put spawn points down :squirrel_shiftyeyes:

this is the best paintball map ive seen so far. I make many paintball maps but never post them. Some of mine are pretty awesome and I try to make them look like a real paintball field. Thats what you did, that is awesome. 5/5 w00t
