For any of you guys at home can you go to bungie.net and tell me if there is an update or anyhting about the mythic maps...I would really appreaciate it. I only have until 3:50 to be on...
Bungie showed a new teaser trailer for its new project- looks like a halo campaign add on. New achievements also came out and you can see the mythic map pack ones. Indeed they are Assembly, Citadel, Longshore, Heretic, Orbital, and Sandbox, which at this point- lacking a map based achievement unlike the others and having a monitor on its map specific skull achievement- appears to likely be a forge map.
FYI you can hack the blocking systems. Just click Start, Run then type cmd into the run command box and press enter. You will get a black box. Type ping www.Bungie.net and press enter. You will get a number like 65.59.234.97 type that into the address bar in internet explorer or firefox or some other browser and then press enter. Voila! You have hacked the blocking system.
Is that legal? I should do that at my school, in which almost everything except Google, small educational sites, and Barney fan sites is blocked.
Hacking is illegal. That, however, isn't hacking. That's just using a different address to get by the filter. Alternatively, you could use proxies to get around the filter. It's totally legal, but it will probably get you into trouble at school =P.
