So I'm currently working on this idea i have for a map. the basic idea is a one sided assault map where the attackers must place a bomb at 3 different places in a base to win. though my idea gets more complicated with the spawns. I'm probably going to make the rooms in the back of foundry a team spawn, with a teleporter exit. now depending on where the attackers are trying to place their next bomb, each teams teleport exit will be somewhere different. I plan through switches triggered by the bombs explosion to cut off the bomb plant site and open up a new one, so they can't be reused after placing a bomb there, or be used before placing it somewhere else. I plan to have the Defending team spawn near the first plant point until its taken, in which they'll spawn near their last point to defend. The attacking team will spawn somewhat away from the first point at first, and after taking the second point they'll spawn near the first point, or maybe closer to the second. So im asking if anybody out there would like to help me make this idea into a reality, or if you think its even possible. I've got most of the basic map layout thought out, but i would appreciate a second opinion on it and some help figuring out to make it work with my plan.
I might be able to help you after you have built the map. This is only possible though with 3 minute rounds.
Ah, it sounds like you're making a map like Triplex. Basically, make it so that the bomb destroys the objects necessary to get to the objective point. For spawning, use the checkpoint feature.

unfortunatly atm im away from my xbox for a couple days, but i'll get on it when i get back. i'll try to remember to send out messages and invites to you guys if your on when i need you :] that triplex map looked very interesting. i'll have to check that out. though i plan to have the forward spawns work through the bombs, and not haveing to rely on players opening them manually. anyway, i'll post updates on the map in my blog, so you can check that out if you guys want. Got most of the plans down in my head, just have to see if im able to forge it.

lol yeah a bit late^ didn't know of the site, but know most of the switches on tehre already. anywho, after doing some forgin by myself i've goten my concept to work, and it works quite well actually :] the only thing tat would need improvement is that the first gate to get into the 2nd point area opens after 3 minutes if its not already trigered by placeing the bomb. though i've goten so the next gate leading to the 3rd point and blocking the 2nd to work pretty well. the forwarding spawns also work pretty well too. im planing to test my map on monday if anybody want to check it out :] testing if the maps pretty balanced and checking my weapon layouts on the map, and deciding on the time limit. im thinking around 7 minutes.
