Dude, however much I DO think that this is OK to post C& suggestion thread here, I'd take this thread off quickly, as many people will flame you for it.... (im not one of them) BTW I'd kick v1 and v2 for their terrible text placement, and I'd take v3 for the lessened glare on her face....thats what I'd do if I were you!
Not sure what you mean by text placement...v1 and v2 have no text. I think you got your words jumbled up? And to see differences, just post the links in different tabs and switch back and forth.
Nice I like them, my favorite is v3 probly. I think it would be cool if you took an eraser that was set to a cool looking brush and erased some of the gradient map so that some of the real color pokes through. Just an idea.. post it if you try I wanna see the result

Well, you definitely don't have my vote unfortunately. You barely did a thing to it. And at first glance it looks like you only messed with contrast and color. And at another glance, all you did was some clipping masks, and text. Spice it up a bit with more effects, because alot of entries this week are looking quite snazzy.
