Im just now venturing into the area of smudging. And, I thought I'd give it a try. Some criticism would be greatly appreciated!

It would be better if you had only done the skies.

Add a C4D that goes with the style to spice it up; put it on lighten or something in that category, and maybe lower the opacity.

Otherwise, the smudging by itself is just decent.

I will try that Diz, and as for the smudging itself. Its my first, so I might improve...

EDIT: Meh, I'm not too good with C4D's...

It's a good C4D, but make it going up with sort of a flow of the sig...and lower the opacity a bit...

Looks good, but it also looks like he has wings. Try repositioning the shiny stuff if you can.

Thanks homes, and I think I'll move onto another smudge sig instead of trying to improve upon this one.

    I've made this many 1000000000000000000000000000.

Now for CnC, I would add more of a shadow source to the signature and make it a bit more interesting, over all look is mayhbe a 6/10 because it doesn't have much in there and the smudging was a bit smooth but since your render had a smooth texture to it from what I saw it worked out pretty nice just overall is 6/10, keep trying the smudge though you are getting better at it.
