    #2 is the latter option.

    Though, you may want to do more with Vegeta...Some sharpening and/or more color? Having less color than the BG really detracts from the style.

    maybe you should try to use a new background? You seem to use the same one on everything.

    Yeah... This is a old one that I modified. The original one from like 3 weeks ago is the top one and I've just added to it. I've been making more diverse ones lately though... =)
