    Map Description
    Basically a remake of KD Place, starting from scratch and using a few similar designs. I still consider KD Place to be more fun for Infection, but this map is more organized and doesn't seem cluttered/confusing.

    I posted this map as a reply to my past map because this map is a complete remake of that map. I also didn't want to completely delete/edit the post with my other map.

    Can I has organization?

    This map is really sloppy to be a competitive map. You did interlocking which would be good if it made sense as to why what items were interlocked. You might want to consider putting this in the Casual Map Section or withdrawling it to work on some more. Good efforts though.

    Yeah, I actually thought that I should move it to the Casual Maps section... If someone could move it, please do.

    And about the organization... Is it the bridges that look sloppy? I ran out of walls, and then I got lazy and just stacked bridges on top. I guess I should take more time on my next map, or fix this one up and post a v2. Thanks for the comment.

    I have to agree with Shadow...I have no clue what this map is based upon. It looks sloppy and I think you should show some actual gameplay when posting a map. It shows that you tested everything thoroughly.

    Sorry man, I'm not gonna lie to you. This map makes me dizzy >.<...

    You should really try to organize it better. When you make a map try not to rush it, there's no "time limit" that prevents you from making the best map you possibly can make. Always strive for perfection and remember that practice makes perfect.

    I'm currently trying to recreate this map from the ground up (with better organization, less sloppiness) and I'm going to test it with some of my friends for a while. I won't get lazy this time.

    I was also wondering if you guys knew why bridges go into the ground if you use the 'save & quit' technique? It's bugging me a lot, since most of the time my bridges are halfway into the ground, not even at the angle I set it to when I saved.

    It reminds me of a dream sequence. I think if you cleaned it up a bit, but left it about the same organization it would be pretty sweet. It has a high degree of mobility with a high degree of freedom, but some cluttered spaces could be unintentionally restritive.

    the second try looks A LOT better than your first. But why didn't you just edit your dirst post? Im jsut wondering. You should also look into interlocking objects in the forging 101 section of the forums.

    It also looks like it would be hard to walk up the 'A' and 'B' steps. I might give it a download.

    Thanks for posting. I edited Inversion into my first post, and I knew about interlocking objects, just that I didn't see a glaring need for it. Please comment again if you ever get to playing it.

    EDIT: Speaking of which, this topic never got moved to casual maps. These maps aren't so competitive.

    i agree with gore bound there's no time limit on maps i've been making one for about 2 weeks now and i'm still not quite finished. parts of inversion look very interesting the part shown in the third screenshot is one the better parts and it does show promise if you fixed it up it could turn out to be quite a good map
