I like the makeshift shield bridge it looks really cool. Sky maps are a nightmare to make so congratulations on making one that looks nice and hopefully plays well.
Tell me about it bro lol, we used the vehicle only bridge because frankly those were the only floating objexts we had left. And if you liked that one try out "Sky Rocket" in my fileshare it's an excellent zombies map.
Interesting, but is the light bridge perfectly flat? I had some issues making one, mostly because no matter how flat I got it, when I saved and quit, it was always about a degree off. Also, there's "ramps" on the light bridge. Seems odd, since the shield doors bounce you backwards, a ramp would push you in the wrong direction, wouldn't it? But this looks like an interesting floating map. They tend to get people worked up, since a floating base isn't anything "new". But it definitely looks worth a try. But if there's 2 teleporters, couldn't they be abused? Like instead of working your way towards a base, you could just jump down and run to your enemy's base's teleporter, and go directly into their base? How about each teleporter leading to a Fence Box with a couple Fusion Coils for them to suicide in?
It is perfectly flat yess, we have two people on the same screen so we got it perfect. And we were having problems getting over the bridge fast enough so we added ramps and under each ramp is a floating man-cannonso the you get rocketed across the second half of the bridge. Now there's the teleporters we had to have them down there for one sole reason, what is you don't make it across the sky bridge cuz you suck at driving? You'de be stuck on the ground and have to commit suicide. But then we did counter that if people started abusing the teleporters. We added shotguns up in the base so you could do the also. We found that you can park a vehicle over the teleporter and only move it when your teammates need to get up.
I like the Vehicle only bridge. Nice way to put your own flavor on a yawner type of map. nice work. i think ill give it a dl.
That. Is. Awesome. Not saying you copied me, or maybe even me copying you, but I kinda had an idea before you posted this similar to this. Anyways great job, if I made the one that I was going to make (before you posted this) mine would have sucked.
I usually don't bother with sky related maps but this looks like one of the better ones and that vehicles only bridge looks very cool and is very creative
