I want to create a "Meatflag" type game(escort gametype, though) in which the enemy VIP spawns in your base, trapped, and the only way to get out is for your friends to come save you(by like, shooting fusion coils blocking the teleporter that will be hidden behind something so you can't shoot it from across the map, or something like that.) The places where you have to escort will be like in the middle of the map in a neutral area I guess, unless you can put 2 destinations for each time(which I doubt) I suck at forging, but I could probably make the gametype and a pretty basic map. I don't know how to make it so the VIP spawns at the enemy base. If you want to help me make an amazing map, or can just help me out with the spawns, FR me. : I like coupons : I think this would be really fun. We could also try it out with no respawns, that way it's even more like Gears 2 so if you can help me make a decent map or just get the spawns down(i'm thinking about doing a test on The Pit, so if I could make the VIPs spawn in the opposing team's attic, that would be nice. And then eventually if people like it, they can make their own maps so yeah, once again, please help... I think it's a great idea but I can't execute it well. I've actually sort of found out a way to do this but there is probobly its own set of problems. 1. Have the entire team spawn in the area you want the VIP to spawn in. 2. Next, at the beginning of the game, when everyone spawns, have fusion coils kill everybody except for the VIP. 3. Have everyone else spawn where you wanted them to and your VIP is in the right area. Cons: 1. The VIP will have to be able to survive exploding fusion coils. Hope this helped. And yes this idea has been done I think but that doesn't mean you can't make it and I don't think any of the ones done before where great.
