    Is Pan Cam considered modding?

    Well I don't really know. But look on my fileshare, I use PanCam. I do think it is modding though, but IDK.

    No. It's in debug mode; hence, it's more of an easter egg/glitch than anything else.

    So if I put a picture of the Bungie dude on the satellite on my Fileshare, could I get banned?

    well i dont think they would of even put easter eggs in if they didnt expect people to find them/ take screenshots of them
