yo guys this is my first post so hope you guys like it and tell me what you think. Heres the lo down grav lift spawn ten seconds in the zombie pits after spawning the humans have a chance to get in to the main building and break there way thorugh the sewers which have a watery look to them. at the end th humans must hold off untill time is up and after 3 mins the door closes trapin who ever is inside till the round is over. last men standing win. or for an alternative route you can hop to the rooth for a sniper and turrets. Wow pretty cool i like the sewer idea with the sheild doors. The building is pretty cool to.However it looks like it wont play out well. Do the shield doors cause problems like crouching and all the sudden you cant get hit? 3/5
nope ive tested it out and it doesnt make any difference, it just makes a floting effect with grenades. also i still think the main building needs some improving since it is slightly boring but still works.
When you are uploading the images onto imageshack, use the 'direct link to image' link, which is the very bottom one. That will get you full size images
yeah i know i need to do some merginf with the fence walls and things its kinda still under construction
The Review: Theres not to this map at all- just some boxes (laid right side up with no interlocking) and a short journey below. Heres a little tip: 1 shot K/O= extreme overkill, especially with SMG's available to the humans. Basically, the are at a HUGE disadvantage and have no chance of infecting anyone unless one puts his face in the dirt and lays down his weapon. Possible improvements: 1) Change the gametype to reduce the humans damage. 2) Interlock the boxes and/or flip them upside down so that the surface is as smooth as possible. 3) Forget about the doors spawning at the end: its no fun to be a zombie and have a zero percent chance of killing someone instead of the previous .5 percent. EDIT: Add secondary way to get to the fence box thing. I'm sure there are many more possible improvements, I'm just listing a few. Final Score: 2/5 I don't mean to be harsh, only fair.
cheers for your ideas but when played with the right amount of people the zombies begin to hord and make the game more fun and challenging and secondly it is possible to killl a human in the fence box if a sword occasionlly so its all about luck as i said earlier the map is still under construction and when flipping the boxes which i tried makes it less realistic and harder to walk thorugh the sewers.
The gametype sounds like something that would make the zombies leave the party after 2 minutes, which would make everybody DX face, but this looks terrific for a map without interlocking. 4/5
I can't find to much information about the game it self in your post for your next map try to be a little more "informative" about the game. Also It looks like you can just run away from the roof with a few weapons and camp somewhere else. But i can see some interlocking which is a +. You won't get a DL from me this time but you should keep making maps EDIT: Welcomme to forgehub!
