Looks alright. I see you used some interlocking but I don't think that it sets the standard. Good efforts overall.
Umm the screenshots for some reason look like different maps you made, because like I saw the first pic then the fourth and sixth and thought otherwise, same with seven and eight. I'm not saying their different maps, i'm saying you musta somehow made Foundry look huge mate
They are all from this map. ghetto, I got a chance to check this out in Forge. I noticed and liked the box merged with the floor. I know that interlocking and merging is a pain, so I appreciate it when I see it. It does look a little slanted though. I liked the layout of this map, for the most part. There's some interesting stuff here and I bet it makes for a fun game of slayer. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I liked the building that the laser spawns on. I bet that's a fun place to get into some firefights. But I still think the map could be better. There is one corner below the sword spawn where there is a wire spool and a little alcove. Why isn't there anything back there? If you want players to go back there and utilize that part of the map, you have to put something there for them to go after. I suggest putting something there. Also, what is the deal with the teleporters inside the fence boxes? I saw receiver nodes in weird places, so I was wondering why they were there. Just for looks? Overall, I think this is an interesting map, and I think it's probably fun for a few games of slayer. Keep Forging.
I wanted the teleporters under the bridge to be lit up and the only way to do that is to have the sender node as well. I also did not want teleporters being used so I put them in the box. Kinda looks cool too. The alcove is the perfect hiding place for the shooty, yet I wanted it to be a challenge to get there. That why it is empty.
Can I get some feedback from someone who has played the map. Already working on another one and want it to really shine.
