    Prodigious v1.1

    Prodigious is only my 2nd map I've ever made,
    I tried lots of new stuff like geomergin, which i never did before. It took me long to build that map, but I know it isn't perfect at all. Both sides aren't perfectly symmetrical, but i tried my best to make it as close to perfect as possible. The map is ment to be played as a team slayer map, i haven't got the time to optimize it for objective gametypes yet.

    Map includes:
    2x Snipers
    1x Sword
    1x Rocket Launcher (0 Spare Clips, 180)
    2x Mauler
    2x SMGs
    2x Spikers
    some BRs and Carabines (forgot how many i put on the map)


    oh, and sorry for my bad english, I'm from germany and my english isn't that good at all xD

    Today you get Radiants Master Review also known as RAR.

    Well the map is great, looks 100% competitive the interlocking is perfect, but not really eye-catching.

    So where to begin, the first problem I would like to mention is the Barriers while they might not be necessarily a problem the barriers tend to be jumpy when placed near or next to another movable object. Replacing them is not really a must or a should.

    I also noticed the aesthetic quantity, the only aesthetic peace is the man cannons, luckily the aesthetics are drowned under the game play which is a much bigger factor and something that the map seems to promise .

    Game play looks beautiful on this map I can imagine a four versus four hectic brawl, or maybe a more calm yet brutal two versus two match. This map seems suitable for just about any game type which I must say was nicely done.

    One big problem is the Thread though. You do not describe anything but the weapon list and judging by that it looks like you put too many power weapons. But for the thread I noticed that you did not include the maps compatibility nor did you suggest a party size.

    Do not put the words in white either (Or whatever the color may be) I could hardly read it. But you did add a good amount of pictures.

    With that I give your map a 4/5 the thread made you lose one point.

    OH MY GOD. Amazing first post. Definitely a 5/5. Welcome to forgehub. I love the layout of the map. You interlocked a lot, and it looks like gameplay would be amazing. There are only a couple things that are wrong, such as the bridge not being centered where the sword is, or a bit of space inbetween the boxes that the bases are made of and foundry's walls surrounding them. But wow. Keep forging.

    This map looks good, 4/5, I don't know why you think that this is bad, It's actually perfect. I like the center piece the most. I'm downloading, Keep Forging. At first I thought, This map is probably going to be posted wrong. :\ And it is'nt!! It's perfect. And I give +Rep.

    WOW!@!@! I saw this and was just instantly amazed! This cheers but my last day of summer :)! Amazing and beautifully written 1st post. You are a master forger with 1 post! 6/5 for your supperior interlocking. Just wow...

    P.S. It looks like an MLG map but it's not and i'm so glad it isn't so i can actually play on it!

    aright the interlcoking is insane, great geomerging but i couldnet tell from where pics were taken, did you geomerge all the double boxes into the ground? flip thsoe briges and double boxes and also mgit consider geomerging those staricases to the sides so you dont get caught in the sides

    yeah, i already tried that, but the boxes in the corners ended up getting not straight into the walls and i thought it'd look strange if i geomerge 2 boxes into the wall and leave 2 boxes normal on the map^^ i'll definately try to fix these little problems in my next holidays (i have my next holidays in october) though.

    and thanks for all these positive comments, i really wasn't expecting this feedback. :)

    sorry dude, i went offline a hour ago, I'm going to sleep now, it's nearly 11pm right here and I have to get up at 5am tomorrow^^

    This map is perfect. I like the fact that it is very big. That will prevent the boredom of playing it 10+ time because there will be something different everytime. And for the first post this has to be the best I have ever seen.

    This map also has open areas and close combat areas too. This will appeal to many people in the forging community and custom gameplay people. I like the use of destructable and indestructable items. Some people just us one of the two types. And the fact of no vehicles in the map makes it a even better (personally I don't like vehicles most of the time on foundry because of how inclosed it is). The only problem is that i see some places where I think someone could camp with the sword and someone else with maulers.

    I'm going to download this map and I hope to see future maps from you just as good or higher.

    wow ive got to agree with radiant rain it has very good interlocking. i don't see the geomerged objects in the pics. Well i think you should try a v2 to improve it dosen't look perfect to me 4.5/5

    Some of the best interlocking I've sen for a first post also the layout compliments gameplay in a way that makes this map worthy of my download. The floors are smooth and even but still compliment aesthetics and make everything hold together. 4.6/5

    ZOMGGGGGGGGGGGG i wish i could forge this good:/ you have truely set the bar. Clean interlocking+geomerging. 6/5! im glad you joined forge hub, hopefully we will se more maps from you! OHMYGOD i can get over the map, this is truely....... epicwinsexsauce.

    imo: feature worthy.

    This looks like it has some good gameplay it may be a little ambitious to put a sword on this as it seems there is quite a bit of close quarters on this.

    the map looks alright i suggest that you flip over your bridges and try to clear off those small bumps you often encounter while running around this map.

    you can see the geomerged fence box on the 4th pic and i geomerged two other double boxes into the wall, but yeah, otherwise there isn't that much geomergin xD

    wow, thanks for that huge comment, i really appreciate that. :)

    next time I'll include the suggestion for the gametypes/partysize etc, you know, that was my first thread ever. practice makes perfect ;)

    and yeah, i think i've put too many weapons on that map, too, i've to get a lot better in balancing weapons.
