Undead Bombard....

    Map Description
    Valhalla, we have taken the base closets to the beach, we have blocked off all entrances except the one facing beach. With this design we're able to give a fortress to the humans to fight off the infected. Within this fortress we provide the humans with a selection of arsenal. So they stand a chance against the zombies. Fortunately for the humans, the government has declared bombardment on infected regions.

    We also went ahead and did some sceneary for those explorers. We thought it would be a nice touch to deck out the other base like it has already been invaded.

    Communications to our forts have been shut down recently, we've done all we can but we can't keep consistant contact with our bases back home. More than likely, they have assumed us dead already. We built two foundations for our two standing foundations. We took cover to our northern baracade first... unfortunately, things didn't go as planned and we lost a few good men. Lucky for us, we gathered what we could and got out of there. The fortress was destroyed, completely wrecked. We fortified our second base, fixing exploits the infected had gathered. Luckily we're allowed some time to make working progress outside. We've set up a couple stations we work on when it's clear, the radio tower is still being worked on, hopefully, through our daily fight, we'll manage to hold off whatever infected come. Another downside to our situation, we're in a valley, radio reception would be weak if we even manage to get a tower to work, we can only hope our ammunition, will hold off any wandering infected. We're lucky you came along, we need all the help we can get, and with a little fire power and time, we might actually get off this God Forsaken planet...

    It has been my experience through multiple infection games that it's pretty much run for your life, zombies are fast with low health. So we kept this gameplay in mind while designing this map. We were tired of rounds that lasted only a few minutes tops. It really isn't incredibly difficult to enter the fort as a zombie, in fact, I really enjoy being a zombie on this one because the spawns work out incredibly nicely for the infected, they're near midfield and such so they're not traveling a huge distance for invasions. Like a lot of game types, it works better with more people and it is definitely enjoyable for both teams. Perhaps the screenshots are misleading, it is not impossible for the zombies to get in, in fact, they have about 30% intrusion rate, I would say.

    its proabaly hard for the first zombie but after the first turn in bet it becomes alot easier.

    Typically like to start out with two, but being so new to Halo 3 and not having many friends, usually don't get to play a lot of customs but definitely, when zombies coordinate their attacks it can be havoc.
