Description: The Pillar of Autumn is an aged yet still serviceable Halcyon-class cruiser which is refitted during Halo: The Fall of Reach for a secret mission to capture a Covenant Prophet and end the war. Cortana picks the ship for the mission due to its unremarkable and substandard features, save for one; its unique structural design allows the ship to sustain near total structural damage, yet still fly. This trait comes in handy when the ship is forced to make an emergency slipspace jump from the fallen colony of Reach, ending up at the ringworld Halo. The Pillar of Autumn sustains heavy damage, but its fusion reactors remain intact even after a crashlanding on the surface of the ring. Later on, the Master Chief and Cortana detonate these reactors,destroying the Autumn and much of the ring, in order to stop the spread of the parasitic Flood. omg this is so tight i just checked it out its so awsome i went in and was just like wow this is totaly Halo 1 lol but yes i give this a 11 out of 10 on my ratings Bungie Favorite for sure
Wow that is a great remake! If there was no name or description I would definitely recognize it as The Pillar of Autumn.
It is good... but "good" doesn't = "Favourites" (Foundry canvas?) I think that this is really great, but it probably won't be on Bungie Favorites. But you obviously have mad skillz.

This is an incredible creation - I don't know why I haven't seen an attempt at it before. I just wonder how it is in terms of playability. Does it have an interior conducive to a battle-friendly atmosphere? You cound also try to use any leftover walls to cover up some of the exposed fence boxes and make it look more like the Autumn - unless you're going for a particular look, that is.
Yea i doubt that it will be featured, but it is still pretty cool. It'd be neat if you made a playable version.

Its purely aesthetic but I am in the midst of making a playable version remake so look for it in the next week or so.. also the reason its in my fileshare is I dont know my email address for my account for bungie.. anyone know away around that?
very nice. i dont understand how ppl can make things like this. im a good map maker (i believe anyway) and i focuse on competitive maps. i tried to make an asethetic one once and just couldnt get anything right. so basically good job and keep up the good work. im looking forward to the playable version.
