My first time kind of messing with effects, so everyone here problem already knows where I am, but oh, well. Fire and Ice; Bungie Thread It appears that fire is growing underneath his armor as forms around his weapons.
Floating around on Cold Storage. Find the spot with the flood overflow thing from the ceiling. Stand on it and you'll get similar effects from the lights on the side. The overhead light makes red look deep purple and some cool stuff.
